Boy Rescued from Giant Vagina

First of all, I said here a while ago I wouldn't abandon this blog even though pretty much everything I wanted or needed to say I was saying on Lizzie's and my blog, Black & Blue. But...when I go to post something here I realize—gulp!—it's been two months!

No excuses, but things have been extremely busy and hectic. We bought a house and closed escrow at the end of April. We had renovations done over the next six weeks following that. We move this Friday. Between vacation and work I've traveled five of the last eight weeks.

So you can see how things have been...

But today, when I saw the headline, "Giant vagina gives birth to 22 year old boy" the first thing I thought was, "This must be The Onion." The second thing I thought was, "I gotta post this!"

So, an American student traveling abroad got stuck in a brick sculpture of a giant vagina located at Tübingen University Institute of Microbiology in Tübingen, Germany. It took 22 firefighters to extract him from said vagina.

I'm sure the attempted selfie would have been hilarious. That's sarcasm, by the way.

As you can see, it takes a lot to pull a 155 lb. baby from a brick vagina.

Hope you're all doing well and keep reading Black & Blue!
